Total lack of assistance

The inability of anyone to assist me in paying for 6 bags of shavings for the Pueblo Raptor Center to pick up at the store. I was on the phone 4 different times, totaling about an hour of my time.

Apparently there is NO way for me to pay for the 6 bags of shavings and have them picked up later. First I called the store in Pueblo and asked if they would do this. Was referred to a female who said she was the manager, was referred to customer service. Customer service said they don't have all items available to them to be ordered online, referred me back to "Harold" at the store.

Harold said they can't take credit card payment over the phone. Tried going to the website again - pine shavings kept brings up pencil sharpeners! I'm going to Frontier Feed here in Canon City to get the shavings - where they will be happy for me to pay them.

Then I'll drive the 45 minutes down to Pueblo to deliver the shavings to the Raptor Center, then 45 minutes to return home. REALLY???

Rude to my husband said he couldn't help with a part until tomorrow no discount or refund or warranty on pump. We purchased a brand new entire system swap cooler from this location in April 2022.

The pump didn't even last a season of summer. We came home today our house was 100' inside and we have animals. My little dog was panting and my exotic fish tank has to remain 68'. Your Manager made my husband so mad he threw the part on the ground and went to Lowes and bought a new one.

Your manager said we don't do warranty or refunds. We spend a ton of $ in that store. We have chickens we purchase our feed there and fix it items for our house. You should staff a customer service person for that designated cs area in the store.

Manager said we don't have one anymore. Lost Fernley customers! We will drive to Lowes or Scheels or Fallon from now on for our needs. That Manager needs to learn customer service skills in order to maintain his position!

Horrible demeanor horrible service for a 30.00 part that broke only 5 months old.

If I treated my clients in that manner I would not have a job. Some people should not be put in certain positions without training and experience, or bad ezperiences will occur.

Would like to file a complaint my self and freind we're in the Big R in Monte Vista Colorado and all sudden two cops come in and tell us that we were trespassing why because we were mexican and took a little long looking at stuff.do know how embarrasing that was.from the moment we walked in the workers were watching us and following us though out the store.i could see if we were stealing or trying to steal, but we were shopping!!! Dont you teach your workers how to act , treat and greet your costumers??we are the reason they get paychecks

If i could give.It. No stars .it was a very embarrass situations.

Me and a girl freind of mine walked into about 1030 am..it was pretty busy not to bad.anyhow from the moment we walked in they were watching us.whatever my friend shops while play on my phone well am not paying too much attention but apparently my friend is.we are shopping well then they are watching n fellowing us by this 0time we go up to get into line to pay for our stuff when two police man walk in and straight to us.saids whats going on .we are in paying for our things he saids no step a side and saids no the store wants you out n has us fill our name n date of birth on this no trespasses paper am like for what because of odd behavior.wtf is that .calls our names in n we cant leave.till they make sure there are no warrants. Mean everyone is just looking.

N watching us.ive been so warrants.everyone standing thetr just watching ud.i was soo embarrass and pissed off i was. Trying not to make it any more crazy then it was that all i siad is why because we are not white?v

Fire Arms Contact Sheet

Hello, my names is Zachary Williams, I am Currently in Syria. I purchased a firearm online and utilizing you store in colorado springs CO as an FFL. The Weapon hasn't been sent yet however i contacted your store to let them know it was coming. I will be back within the next month, while explaining that i was met with hostility on the phone. I asked if they would mind sending me the form and was told that they didnt know how to do that. i really dont want the christmas present to be sent back and have to pay the restocking fee. just wondering if i could get someone to send it to me so that i can fill it out sign it and send it back. i know there is a problem with the ATF coming in to the store and i am not asking for any hand outs, i just want to give my son something for christmas because i have been away for a while. thank you for your time

I have been shopping at Big R in Bernalillo New Mexico for some time. I have bought many items there guns, shoes, etc. etc., and I am very satisfied with all the purchases I have made "however" customer service is atrocious. There are sales associates that see customers that are ready to cash out and don't acknowledge them. If they are putting merchandise away they ignore customers some are very rude, also most aren't knowledgeable on merchandise. The worst is the gun department.

They never called me back. Big R of Pueblo CO can just go around treating customers with disabilities or not like crap and get away with it?

It wasn't just the Customer service representatives but the manager as well, all had treated me like *** and rude as *** None of them would answer my questions, acted like I was a moron, only there just to waste their time. Following me around like I broke the law and they made shopping *** because the employees would take the items I planned to buy out of the cart and put them up on the shelves again so that I had to go back and grab the items I wanted to buy back in the cart. Wtf why in the *** do that to me I have Huntington's and it's painful and hard to walk and move.i had to pick each item I was going to buy 3 or more times including a box of Federal Topgun 12 guage rounds and 5.56 caliber rounds. They made fun of me and.treated.me.poorly plus this happens to me each time I shop at Big R's stores and sadly they carry stuff I need unlike Wal-Mart.

So what do I do now?

Why treat me so badly. I spent thousands of dollars there.

Backing up the products they sell

Very poor customer service and they dont back up the products that they sell I bought a brand new stihl chainsaw for big r . I ran the saw maybe 5 hours not all at once and the saw doesnt run after you put there recommend fuel in it big r will not take it back there solution is to take it to a stihl dealer and have them try to fix it . I want my money back

RUDE CRAZY CHECKOUT person with neon pinkish orangish headband on 1/23/21 in Peyton CO snarked at me and refused to check me out and refused to take next person in line while the line backed all the way down an isle and to the back of the store! THIS GIRL DOES NOT NEED TO BE AT A REGISTER! I don't know if she's suffering from lack of oxygen under her mask or what but she's a RUDE little *** who needs to STAY HOME.

The peevish, putzy, twerpy, white dork who looks like the spawn of Mr. Whipple and Corky Thatcher from Life Goes On who works the gun counter at the Big R located on St. Michaels Drive in Santa Fe, New Mexico cannot grasp even the most elemental points of dealing with people, basic customer service, or common courtesy. Grandpa Neckbeard's snarky comments and consistent failure to be respectful or minimally helpful to a prospective customer are good reasons to not buy anything from the gun counter at this Big R location.

OMG we were looking for a small gun safe and they wanted $409.00. This safe holds two guns. The same safe on Amazon was $187.00. When I asked if that price was right they said yes. I showed him the Amazon price and he said yes we know. I asked, is this what they do to the local people and he said yes. I explained you should let your manager know, he stated it's a corporate thing. Wow what a mark up and RIP off. This is why local stores will soon be out of business and I hope this one is, he just thru up his hands. And blamed it on the company and they don't listen. I posted this on the neighborhood to warn our community about how you do business. This was Sat. 10.26.19 at 3:05 pm in bernalillo, nm. It was not the little guy be hind the gun counter, this i think was a supervisor. I will do everything i can to contine to let people know how you mark up your products and rip our community off. This will include sharing this with the local news station.

My fiancee is a worker at big r and is pregnant. Not one of the managers honor her doctors note about not being able to lift more 20-40 lbs and they will sit on their lazy *** and watch her do it because thwy dont feel like it. Her work ethic will not allow her to not help a customer ive known her since long before we got together and working their. She is the only original employee that is still there since ive been going in. Upper managment is sexist towards female workers and complete failure of leadership. They should chane there name from Big R to BIG JOKE and screw you, thats how they treat their loyal employees and customers.
